Since our first WordCamp San Antonio, our San Antonio WordPress Meetup has doubled in membership. If it wasn’t for the outpouring of support we’ve received from the San Antonio community, our success wouldn’t be nearly as great as it is now. But we can always do better! Now it’s your turn to stand up and make WordCamp San Antonio 2016 the best WordCamp yet. Fill out the fields below to become a sponsor of WordCamp, and our sponsorship team will get in contact with you as soon as we can.

Sponsorship Levels

Please let us know if you are interested in sponsoring something specific like the: After Party Sponsorship ($2,000) or Speaker / Sponsor Dinner ($2,000)

Gold Sponsorship – $1,250

  • 4 comp tickets / 4 t-shirts
  • Premium 15 ‘x 12’ space inside the auditorium lobby of Texas A&M University – San Antonio.
  • One promotional item provided by the sponsoring company to be placed in the swag bag given at time of registration to all attendees.
  • Logo and link on WCSATX website under gold sponsorship level heading.
  • A blog post written by the sponsoring company posted to the WordCamp site.
  • An email to all attendees announcing sponsoring company’s blog post.
  • A tweet announcing the gold level sponsorship.
  • 4 tickets to Sponsor and Speaker dinner the night before.
  • Logo listed on all display screens in facility throughout the day.

Silver – $750

  • 4 comp tickets / 4 t-shirts
  • Featured 10×10′ space inside the auditorium lobby of Texas A&M University – San Antonio.
  • Logo and link on WCSATX website under silver sponsorship level heading.
  • A blog post written by the sponsoring company posted to the WordCamp site.
  • An email to all attendees announcing sponsoring company’s blog post.
  • A tweet announcing the silver level sponsorship.
  • 4 tickets to Sponsor and Speaker dinner the night before.
  • Logo listed on all display screens in facility throughout the day.

Bronze – $500

  • 3 comp tickets / 3 t-shirts
  • 10 x 10 booth
  • Logo and link on WCSATX website under bronze sponsorship level heading.
  • Blog post on website announcing sponsorship.
  • A tweet announcing the bronze level sponsorship.
  • Logo listed on all display screens in facility throughout the day.

Community Sponsor – $250

  • 2 comp tickets / 2 t-shirts
  • Logo and link on WCSATX website.
  • A tweet announcing the sponsorship.
  • Access to community swag table.
